Brain Working Recursive Therapy in London

The Secret Therapy of BWRT®

Unusually for a therapy, you do not have to reveal the details involved. Where many people might feel embarrassed or uncomfortable in describing the personal details of a particular issue, BWRT doesn't require such personal details.

Aside from giving some basic and outline details of the issue, your Brain Working Recursive therapist doesn't need to know the minute details of how the issue formed or various experiences of the issue.

This is a useful asset of BWRT as some issues are usually very personal and private. All though many men who have issues with psychological erection dysfunction or impotence have described what happens, with this new approach, they do not have to divulge so much personal detail. This can mean in this example that men who would have been too uncomfortable telling someone else about this personal issue, can now have treatment and feel more comfortable.

The main ingredients of a successful BWRT session are:-

1) An ability to use your imagination
2) A recollection of the strongest memory of an unwanted experience
3) An idea of what you would have preferred to happen
4) An ability to imagine what your life would be like without the issue

If you can do all the above, and 99% of people will be able to do so, Brain Working Recursive Therapy may be the right choice for you.

Hypnoanalysis in London

Hypnoanalysis is a different way of working with life issues that has its roots in Freud's psychoanalysis and incorporates the state of hypnosis. Where hypnoanalysis also differs is that the number of sessions is usually around 10. This is considered to be brief therapy compared to other forms of analysis that can continue for years.

Hypnoanalysis sessions are more about you finding the resources to make changes to connections, perceptions, understandings and conclusions to past events with the guidance of the hypnotherapist. Children have a limited understanding of the world and some experiences they have can have a profound effect on them. This effect may not be evident to anyone until in adulthood when they finally accept that something doesn't feel quite right and hence the request for hypnoanalysis sessions.

Often but not always a person seeking hypnoanalysis can't quite put their finger on what is wrong. They may just have a sense or inkling of something. Symptoms of this may be evident in behaviours such as self-sabotaging success in a career or relationships, the need to please everyone, feeling like they might be "found out" (ie. not being good enough for their job) and never being able to believe that anything good is going to last. These are only examples of the thoughts and perceptions that someone can suffer from years or even decades.

The purest form of hypnoanalysis encourages the client to reprocess past understandings and perceptions of others and themselves in ways that support healthy self confidence, robust self esteem and a good sense of self-worth.

Help for Migraine Headaches

Any type of headaches can be intrusive and distracting. Migraines and intense headaches can stop a person doing what they want to do. They may have to take some time off and rest or attempt to sleep it off.

Some headaches are symptoms of other health issues and need to be investigated by a medical practitioner. If you have been diagnosed with migraines or severe headaches you may be searching for additional help and relief from your headaches.

Tension, stress and anxiety can add to the intensity of any migraine or headache. EFT for headaches can help reduce that anxiety and stress. Hypnosis for migraines may sometimes pinpoint a past experience that lead to the headache or migraine arising.

Whatever type of headache you have, there will always be a psychological part to it. This is where effective therapies like hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques can help play a positive role.

It is possible to take back control of your life and not feel a slave to headaches or migraines. Steven Harold an experienced hypnotherapist in London and EFT practitioner has used these and other brief therapies to help people feel calmer and more relaxed leading to reduction in the severity of migraines and headaches.

Stoptober - Quit Smoking in October

The NHS is leading a government sponsored project called Stoptober. It is intended to encourage smokers in England to cease smoking.

Professional hypnotists are also providing hypnosis sessions that focus on successfully stopping smoking. The NHS research shows that if you stop for 28 days you more likely to stay stopped. The month of October has been chosen to run this during.

Hypnotherapists generally help people to successfully become non-smokers in  one session of hypnosis. If you are ready to quit and want to be part of Stoptober initiative you can secure your quit smoking hypnosis session for October or earlier.
